Forge Motorsport is pleased to release the industry-leading intake system for the Hyundai i30N with pleated filter.

This aftermarket cold air intake system improves your i30N’s airflow in several key ways. It directs air more directly into the engine through a massive 102mm diameter, CNC mandrel-bent alloy pipe. The aftermarket system also improves airflow by adding a high-flow, high-efficiency air filter in place of the more restrictive factory air filter. Finally, the cold air intake system is set up to allow colder air to flow easily into the engine.

The intake diameters of this air intake system have been carefully adjusted to provide the exact amount of air, ensuring solid and consistent power gains throughout the rev range with no loss of low-end torque. The piping is specifically designed to feed the turbo without interruption. The result is an improvement in intake acoustics under acceleration, enhancing the driving experience and adding a more exciting flair to the Hyundai’s 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine.
