Forge Grande Punto/Alfa Mito 1.4Tjet Intake Kit
The Forge Motorsport intake kit for the Fiat Grande Punto and Alfa Romeo Mito 1.4Tjet features an extra-large airflow system for high flow rates, as well as a larger-than-standard pleated synthetic nanofiber filter for high-performance filtration and improved engine breathing.
The MAF sensor housing is CNC-machined and gently curved at Forge’s Gloucester facility to ensure maximum airflow, mimicking the standard setup to prevent warning lights from illuminating. Forge also includes a laser-cut aluminum heat shield, which sits beneath the filter and channels air towards it, preventing it from entering the engine bay through the hood. During testing, Forge measured gains of 11hp when the intake system was combined with an engine remap, which is usually required to take full advantage of the increased airflow.
