FMIC.EU charge pipe intake kit for Mercedes Benz C-Class W204 C250
The inner diameter of the pipes has been increased compared to the original intake pipe. This minimizes airflow restriction. The factory-defective part creates air turbulence and reduces flow and efficiency. Made of plastic, it is prone to damage or cracks at the mounting flange; it has been replaced with aluminum pipes that ensure airtightness. The parts are connected using quadruple-reinforced silicone reducers with a wall thickness of 5 mm. The kit has also been designed with tuning enthusiasts in mind: the pipes feature 1/8" ports that allow for the connection of a methanol injection system, both now and in the future.
- 6061 aluminum pipes replacing the original pipes.
- Aluminum connectors replace defective plastic pipes, which can be damaged under increased boost pressure.
- Their larger diameter and smooth flow, without narrowing, help reduce turbulence and maximize airflow.
- All connection nozzles are CNC machined.
