FMIC.EU Charge Pipe Intake Kit for BMW N54 135i 335i 2006-10 BOV
The inner diameter of the pipes has been increased compared to the original intake pipe. Thanks to this, airflow restriction is minimized. The faulty factory part generates air turbulence and reduces flow and efficiency. Made of plastic, it gets damaged or cracked at the mounting flange; it has been replaced with aluminum pipes that ensure a tight seal. The parts are connected by a silicone reducer with quadruple reinforcement and a wall thickness of 5 mm.
Includes 1/8" NPT plugs for methanol or water injection, or for connecting an intake air temperature sensor.
-6061 Aluminum pipe, replacement for the original pipe.
-Aluminum connectors replace the faulty plastic pipe, which can be damaged under increased boost pressure.
-Its larger diameter and smooth, unobstructed flow help reduce turbulence and maximize airflow.
-All connection nozzles are CNC machined.
The kit includes:
-Black powder-coated aluminum connector: 89 mm, 1/8" NPT ports/plugs, port for blow-off valve (BOV), port for MAF sensor.
-80/90 mm silicone reducer.
-Stainless steel clamps (2 units).
