Mishimoto went all out with this intake, which includes a short-run 3” intake pipe, designed with big turbochargers and maximum airflow in mind. Designed to fit both the stock and Mishimoto turbo inlet pipe, this race intake is also compatible with most aftermarket front mount intercooler kits. Due to the large size of the intake pipe, an ECU reflash is required for your vehicle to run safely and to get the maximum power out of the additional airflow. The intake pipe also features a CNC-machined air straightener to provide consistent airflow readings to the MAF sensor, making reflashing easier and quicker. The intake pipe is available in a polished or textured black finish. Also included is a 3” diameter Mishimoto high-flow air filter with an integrated velocity stack for maximum flow. Optionally, an airbox is available for this intake, designed to keep hot engine bay air away from the filter. The airbox is designed to reuse the stock intake duct and provide fresh outside air to the filter, while also maintaining a stock-like appearance in the engine bay. This intake includes all necessary clamps, couplers, hardware, and protective rubber trim for a clean installation.
