Recognizing the need to improve the EA888.3 engine and optimize the four-port intake cylinder head using advanced flow dynamics, we deemed it necessary to offer a solution for those planning this upgrade.
We designed and manufactured a stainless steel adapter plate with our CNC machines, featuring larger exhaust ports with a transition from a square shape on the cylinder head side to an oval. This design facilitates the construction of the exhaust manifold, maximizing the internal diameter for maximum performance thanks to the optimized cylinder head flow.
Furthermore, this adapter can be used with a factory cylinder head without flow modifications.
The kit includes a triple-layer stainless steel gasket with internal preload for optimal and durable sealing, preventing exhaust gas leaks. Additionally, it includes angled spacers and heat-resistant nuts to ensure correct alignment and secure fastening.
