MMX Dual Intercoolers for BMW F1x S63

MMX high-performance intercoolers for the BMW M5 and M6 F1x, as well as the M5 F90 with the S63 engine, significantly improve power and torque by substantially reducing intake air temperature. With their oversized stepped tube and fin core, these intercoolers provide twice the cooling surface and are 28% larger than stock.

The factory intercoolers on the S63 engine have proven to be incapable of handling the demands of high-horsepower and aggressive driving, resulting in significant power losses during demanding driving due to increased intake air temperatures.

Our development focused on finding the optimal balance of maximum intake air cooling (IAT) with minimal pressure drop. This allowed us to increase the size without increasing lag. By consistently lowering intake air temperatures (IAT), heat soak is minimized, resulting in continuously superior performance. The cool-down times required for the stock intercooler are no longer necessary.
