Forge Motorsport FMINT15-N upgraded intercooler for Hyundai i30N black

The Forge Motorsport upgraded front-mount intercooler for the Hyundai i30N, with a black finish, is ideal.

If you use your i30N for spirited driving or have a high-performance setup in warmer climates, this product is essential. Thanks to industry-leading bar and plate design, along with Solidworks CAD design and flow simulation (Computational Fluid Dynamics - CFD), high-flow cast end tanks have been developed. The turbo-side end tanks incorporate an internal divider to ensure full utilization of the stepped core volume.

The bar and plate core offers a 129% larger volume and a 71% greater frontal surface area (compared to the stock intercooler), making the Forge Motorsport intercooler the largest currently available on the market. To ensure optimal cooling efficiency, the development team created a custom-made ducting system that has been masterfully integrated into the superior design of this product.

The inlet and outlet diameters have been increased to 65mm, which is a 27% increase in volume over the stock intercooler for perfect flow. The development team also added a custom hard pipe that increases the diameter by 14mm, up to 64mm (from the factory 50mm). This pipe replaces the original on the hot side to ensure this package delivers everything needed for maximum performance with high-level tuning.

The boost pipe and intercooler have a standard black textured powder coat finish for maximum durability.
