Forge Motorsport FMTT225.N Front Mount Intercooler for Audi TT 225 Black

Forge was the first company in the world to release an aftermarket front mounted intercooler for the Audi TT225 back in 2014.

As tuners started to modify and push the 225 engine, Forge continued to improve the intercooler design for better and more efficient cooling.

Three different types of air cores were used in the testing and development of this product. The intercooler was designed with SolidWorks CAD system and flow tested to achieve maximum cooling with minimum pressure loss.

With this intercooler’s added capability, remapping the vehicle’s ECU would provide greater performance gains. The intercooler is a direct bolt-on and requires no modifications or trimming of the bumper.
Supplied with all fitting hardware and instructions – no extra purchases required. This intercooler is designed as a direct replacement for the OEM intercooler and requires no cutting to the bodywork etc. This product is designed, developed and manufactured entirely in Great Britain and is covered by our worldwide lifetime warranty. It offers significantly reduced intake temperatures over OEM and a power increase of +7bhp and 8Nm of torque when fitted to a standard vehicle. The supplied Forge silicone hoses were designed in SolidWorks and have been created to include a high quality modified silicone inner lining, known as Fluorosilicone. This lining means the hoses are suitable for use with modern long-life coolants, OAT coolants, and oil mist. The use of a Fluorosilicone liner ensures that Forge silicone hoses are the best, longest lasting, and preferred choice of the discerning automotive enthusiast. It will fit all Audi TT225 applications, including models with headlight washer option. Tested to 3 bar (43.51psi). Fits both Right and Left hand drive vehicles.
