Product details
Upgraded front mount intercooler for VW T5 van variants. Although significantly larger than the stock intercooler, this unit is a direct fit with no additional hoses or pipe work required. Due to its larger frontal cross-section, it improves cooling and power recovery. It offers lower resistance compared to the stock item, with no increase in turbo lag. On our own van, we saw a 10 BHP and 20 ft/lb torque increase from the intercooler alone, and everyone who has driven the vehicle since fitment has commented on the noticeable improvement.
For those who have used a tuning box or had their engine management software upgraded, this intercooler is a must.

Fits the following engines: AXB, AXD, AXE, AXC, BRR, BRS, BNZ, BPC, BLU, CAAA, CAAB, CAAC, CAAD, CAAE, CCHA, CCHB. Also fits the newer 2010 onwards VW T5.1 2.0TDI single turbo 140bhp, 114bhp, 102bhp, and 84bhp models.
