Forge Motorsport FMINT25.N Intercooler for Toyota Yaris GR

The Forge FMINT25 intercooler, designed and manufactured at Forge Motorsport's headquarters in Gloucester, UK, is a high-performance product for the Toyota Yaris GR. The goal was to develop an intercooler that made the most of the available space in the original intercooler's position, reducing intake air temperature without negatively affecting boost pressure or engine and transmission cooling.

Compared to the standard intercooler, the upgraded Forge intercooler offers an increase in surface area of over 42% and an increase in internal volume of over 100%, as well as a power increase of more than 10 hp and 10 lb-ft of torque. These improvements can be even greater depending on the vehicle's configuration and additional high-performance components, such as the turbo inlet adapter and intake pipe. Since both the hot and cold air inlet and outlet ducts have been enlarged to 60 mm, the kit includes all the necessary silicone hoses and fittings for installation and connection to original parts. The Forge Motorsport intercooler is an excellent performance optimizer. It installs directly into the original mounting points, allowing for simple and quick installation. No cutting of any components is required, making the installation reversible if the vehicle needs to be reconditioned in the future. The core and end tanks feature a textured black anti-corrosion coating that also contributes to its thermal properties and gives the product a more discreet or original look.
