Forge Motorsport FMINT11 Intercooler for Audi TT RS Mk3 8s

Forge has based some of its success on its intercoolers, which offer real improvements in power and cooling. Following the famous intercooler for the RS3 8V, now comes the one for the TTRS 8S. The 8V chassis shares many characteristics with the TTRS 8S, but the space behind the bumper is shaped differently and the anti-roll bar has also been modified. A completely new intercooler and anti-roll bar setup was required for this new chassis. The TTRS intercooler core is massive, with a bar and plate design, measuring 640 x 250 x 100mm. It offers 56% more external surface area than stock and 94% more volume. The end tanks incorporate integrated collectors to retain the original turbo hoses, although they can be replaced by Forge's FMKT024 for greater reliability. As with the 8V chassis, Forge supplies a modified Audi TTRS anti-roll bar to accommodate this larger intercooler. The anti-roll bar and intercooler are finished in a crackle black powder coat for maximum durability.
