The FMIC.Pro intercooler is a unique design created specifically for the Ford Focus ST MK4 with the 2.3 EcoBoost engine. Compared to the original solution, it offers significantly improved intake air cooling efficiency and optimized airflow, which is essential for modified and high-performance vehicles. The intercooler is made entirely of aluminum. Its core measures 720 mm x 200 mm x 130 mm, which significantly increases the heat exchange surface. The intake air volume has been increased to 14 liters, compared to the standard 5.5 liters, which helps effectively reduce intake air temperature and maintain thermal stability even under high loads. This allows for higher power and better utilization of the engine's potential, especially in optimized configurations and racing applications.
