COMPETITION INTERCOOLER KIT for Ford Ranger: Ford Ranger PX2 3.2TDCi (147kw/200PS) 2015-2019 [for pre-facelift models, small adjustments to the front grille are necessary] The WAGNERTUNING high-performance intercooler has a new competition core (Tube Fin) with dimensions of 660mm x 282 [254]mm x 120 [65]mm [stepped] / 21.6inch x 6.6 [5.5]inch x 4.7 [3.9]inch [stepped], which was specially developed for the requirements of the Ford Ranger diesel engine. This high-performance core offers a 32% larger frontal area and 279% more core volume compared to the stock intercooler. The cast aluminum end tanks were designed in CAD and optimized in CFD simulations (for ideal internal airflow). An integrated air baffle in the intercooler inlet ensures uniform filling. The result is excellent cooling performance with minimal back pressure. The newly developed competition high-performance core is very light and provides adjacent components (e.g. the water cooler) with sufficient airflow. Optimal cooling of the charge air with a significant increase in performance! An anti-corrosion powder coating with excellent thermal conductivity properties protects the WAGNERTUNING intercooler from all environmental influences, so that a lasting and optimal cooling effect can be guaranteed.
