Wagner Tuning EVO3.X Competition Intercooler for Audi TTRS 8S

The Competition Intercooler EVO3 Kit for Audi TTRS 8S is now available with TÜV certificate and two different intercooler core options. Important note: We recommend using the standard version for power applications up to 600 hp and the X version for power applications above 600 hp. The high-performance intercooler has the following core dimensions (515mm x 367mm x 95mm = 16500 cm³) and thus offers an 84% larger cooling surface and 101% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. Our engineers have increased the intercooler core size and efficiency, as well as improved the end tank design to remove any OEM bottlenecks, resulting in increased flow rate and charge cooling properties. This Audi RS3 intercooler uses our award-winning WAGNERTUNING Competition Intercooler core, which is made specifically for this application. Constructed of the highest quality Tube Fin intercooler cores with internal turbulators combined with CFD optimized cast aluminum end tanks for the best possible internal airflow. Thanks to additional air guides in the internal inlet, a uniform filling of the intercooler is achieved. The result is excellent cooling properties with a minimum pressure drop. Therefore, this kit is ideal for racing. The intercooler and the original crossmember form a stable unit and weigh only 11.7 kg. It is mounted to the original mounting points and its installation is simple (only simple adjustments are required - see installation instructions).
