The core performance is exceptional and its thick, high-quality polished aluminum walls ensure extraordinary durability, perfect cooling, and effective airflow (unlike intercoolers installed in vans, the inlet is unlikely to get clogged). This product is the perfect replacement for stock intercoolers, as it improves vehicle performance by increasing horsepower and torque. The intercooler is the perfect solution for all cars where the turbocharger and exhaust manifold are on the same side, such as in the case of the Alfa Romeo 147, 156, Fiat Bravo, Brava, Marea, etc. Our intercoolers are the only ones in Europe whose efficiency has been tested up to 10 bars, as they are able to withstand such high pressure without suffering damage or deformation. Unlike other similar intercoolers available in other online tuning shops, all the products we offer incorporate second-generation cores, which are much more efficient. In the case of older cores (on the right), there was a large space between the fins. In addition, the fins were installed in a single row (when looking at the inlet, the outlet could also be seen). These design features resulted in poor cooling, as the temperature of the air circulating through them did not decrease enough. The new intercoolers offered by our company are equipped with high-density fins, which significantly increases their cooling capacity. Furthermore, the external radiator shown above features vented fins, which facilitates much faster heat dissipation.
