It has a very efficient second-type internal and external core, thick walls made of the highest quality polished aluminum, which ensures high durability, great cooling, and excellent airflow (unlike intercoolers from delivery vehicles, they do not "clog" the intake). They perfectly replace factory intercoolers, increasing car performance. Our intercoolers were the only ones tested with a pressure of over 10 bar, even such high pressure does not affect them at all. The intercoolers have an embossed FMIC.EU logo, which distinguishes them from the multitude of "similar" coolers available on the market. Unlike other similar intercoolers sold online, all those we sell feature a new, much more efficient, second-type core. The previous core, visible on the right, had very dispersed fins and only in one row (looking through the inlet, you could see the outlet), which resulted in poor cooling - the air passing through it did not dissipate all the heat. A completely new external core, composed of two layers, is responsible for dissipating heat. Its internal part has thin lamellae with additional cuts that, thanks to their breathability, dissipate heat perfectly. Their proper arrangement and the cuts visible in the photo guarantee optimal ventilation (a great improvement in cooling compared to the dense external core installed in cheaper intercoolers), while the strong external layer of lamellae protects it from mechanical damage.
