It features a highly efficient second-generation internal and external core, with thick walls made of the highest quality polished aluminum, ensuring high durability, excellent cooling, and optimal airflow (unlike commercial vehicle intercoolers, they do not restrict intake). They perfectly replace factory intercoolers, increasing vehicle performance. Our intercoolers were the only ones tested with pressure exceeding 10 bar; even this high pressure does not affect them at all. The intercoolers feature the embossed FMIC.EU logo, distinguishing them from the multitude of similar intercoolers available on the market. Unlike other similar intercoolers sold online, all those we sell feature a new, much more efficient, second type of core. The previous core, visible on the right, had very sparse fins and only in one row (looking through the inlet, you could see the outlet), which resulted in poor cooling - the air passing through it did not dissipate all the heat. A completely new external core, composed of two layers, is responsible for dissipating heat. Its internal part features thin blades with additional cuts that, thanks to their breathability, perfectly dissipate heat. Their proper arrangement and the cuts visible in the photo ensure optimal ventilation (a great improvement in cooling compared to the dense external core installed in cheaper intercoolers), while the strong external layer of blades protects it from mechanical damage.
