The Hans Pro Ultra Lite 20° is 100 grams lighter than its predecessor. The device uses an advanced aerospace-grade carbon fiber structure, with a low-profile and ergonomic design for greater comfort and fit. The sliding clip, with its angled back, facilitates exiting the vehicle. The sliding tether system allows for greater peripheral vision with complete safety.
Note: The average device, without padding, weighs around 440g (0.97lb).
The Hans Pro Ultra is currently only available with a 20-degree incline, in medium or large sizes. Features: Homologation: FIA 8858-2010 - SFI 38.1 Incline: 20° Size: M or L Size corresponds to neck width: S - Neck width less than 38 cm M - 38 to 45.5 cm L - Greater than 45.5 cm Incline is determined by use: 20° (most common, used in closed vehicles) 30° (used for semi-reclined positions in single-seaters or sports prototypes) 10° (very upright seating position)40° very reclined seating position
