All Forge panel filters are supplied with a light coating of retention oil to prevent the ingress of particulate and dust, delivering exceptional filtration and performance.
Following years of testing and development in high-performance intake kits, Forge Motorsport has released a range of pleated OEM replacement panel filters. With over 25 years’ experience in the automotive and motorsport filtration industry, Forge sought out one of the world’s leading filter manufacturers to create a range of premium-quality high-performance panel filters to add to their world-leading product catalogue. Forge tested various filtering materials and structures to provide the customer with the best possible filter.
The filters are constructed using a high-quality, high-flow synthetic nanofiber filtration material, which is pleated to maximize the effective surface area, which in turn increases airflow. This material was compared to many others, demonstrating that synthetic nanofiber outperformed all others.
Forge Motorsport panel filters are washable for life. We recommend cleaning them every 10,000 miles or annually (whichever comes first). In addition to saving you money by not having to replace the original paper filter annually, the fact that the filter is washable and, most importantly, reusable, is much better for the environment.
