What does it do?

The Ramair range of panel filters is manufactured using Ramair Aeriform dual-core foam and our stainless steel cage, used in many of our tier 1 engine applications for maximum strength. A rubber polymer coating provides a fantastic clean, smooth finish with a long lifespan. These filters are direct replacements for your car's original air filter, making them easy to install and maintain. Ramair's dual-core foam is unique on the market. Our foam is designed to provide maximum dust filtration along with optimal performance.

Filter material: 15 mm dual-layer foam. The Ramair silicone intake hose has been designed to replace the standard OEM plastic intake hose on the 2.0 TSI EA888 engine of the VW Golf mk7 GTI, VW Golf mk7 R, Audi S3, SEAT Leon Cupra, and other vehicles on the MQB platform. The hose is constructed to provide a constant radius, reducing restriction in the initial stage of the intake duct, and is a direct replacement for the factory pipe. The hose is supplied with a pair of high-quality stainless steel W2 hose clamps that replace the difficult-to-use OEM spring clamps. The hose is made from high-quality multi-layer silicone with fabric mesh reinforcement. It can be used in conjunction with the standard factory airbox or any aftermarket intake kit that mounts to the standard airbox position.
