The FMIC.Pro high-performance conical air filter has been designed for high-performance intake systems used in sports, racing, modified, and standard vehicles. Its construction reduces airflow resistance in the intake system and ensures a stable supply of a large volume of air.

The filter element is made of two layers of highly permeable foam, 10mm and 5mm thick. This construction ensures high airflow while effectively capturing dust, dirt, and other contaminants. The use of two layers of filter material provides an effective combination of high airflow capacity and an adequate level of engine protection.

The internal stainless steel mesh reinforces the filter's structure, protects the foam element from deformation, and helps maintain its stable shape even under high airflow conditions. The conical design increases the filtration surface, ensuring high airflow performance and making the filter suitable for standard, modified, and racing engines.

The rubber mounting element features an internal step that ensures a smooth transition to the intake pipe, eliminating any edges that could disrupt airflow. The profiled inner speed funnel-type rim gently directs airflow into the intake system, reducing turbulence and flow resistance.

The filter can be cleaned and reused multiple times. To maintain high filtration efficiency and adequate airflow capacity, contaminants should be removed periodically, and the foam should be lubricated with oil specifically for foam air filters.

To ensure optimal operating conditions for the filter, we recommend using a compatible heat shield. When driving in adverse weather conditions or off-road, it is also advisable to protect the filter with a HydroShield hydrophobic cover, which helps reduce the foam's exposure to water and contaminants.

The filter includes a stainless steel hose clamp, ensuring a secure and durable installation on a 76mm diameter intake pipe.
