FMIC.Pro Intercooler with Intake Manifold for BMW M3 M4 G80 G82 G83 S58 (2020-)
The FMIC.Pro air-to-water intercooler, integrated with an intake manifold for BMW M3/M4 G80, G82, and G83 with the S58 engine, is a high-end product from our professional FMIC.Pro intercooler line. Its integrated manifold design ensures maximum cooling efficiency even at high boost pressures. With a heat exchange surface 60% larger than the original intercooler, this system provides significantly lower intake air temperatures, reducing heat soak and improving engine performance, especially after tuning. The FMIC.Pro version comes factory-ready for auxiliary fuel injection and includes pre-configured ports for methanol or nitrous oxide injection. All connections are 1/8" NPT threaded and a complete set of sealing plugs is included.
The kit also includes a special CNC-machined aluminum spacer that minimizes heat transfer between the cylinder head and the intake manifold, ensuring optimal sealing and durability even under extreme operating conditions.
