Forge Motorsport FMOC12.N Oil Cooler for Toyota Yaris GR Silver

The Forge FMOC12 oil cooler has its inlets and outlets positioned in the correct location for optimum flow. When oil coolers are mounted upside down, they can cause cavitation (air pockets) in the system which, over time, can lead to engine fatigue and potential internal component damage due to insufficient lubrication. The research and development team spent countless hours researching the best possible mounting configuration for the cooler on the Yaris GR, considering all aspects of the design.

Unlike many oil cooler kits, the FMOC12 retains the original water-to-oil cooler in position. This virtually doubles engine oil cooling. The kit was also developed to use a bespoke laser-cut aluminum bracket which fits perfectly to the crash bar of the Toyota Yaris GR. Two high-quality pre-assembled AN-8 double braided oil lines are included with the performance parts kit.

The Forge oil cooler is available in three colors: matte black for an OEM look, raw alloy, or red for a race-inspired look.
Oil temperatures can reach dangerous levels on the race track or during hard driving in hot climates. An increase in oil temperature will only result in less lubrication of the internal engine components. The location of the oil cooler at the front of the radiator grille allows for superior airflow, and during the development of this product, a significant reduction in oil temperatures was observed.
