The FMIC.Pro oil cooler is a high-performance component of the oil cooling system, designed for production, sports, and project vehicles intended for intensive road and track use. Its function is to effectively reduce oil temperature.
The cooler's core is made from a special aluminum alloy with high thermal conductivity, allowing for rapid heat dissipation from the circulating oil. The carefully selected fin density increases the heat exchange surface, ensuring stable system operation even under high thermal loads.
The elongated, horizontal core design extends the oil's path through the cooler, improving heat dissipation efficiency and allowing for better oil temperature control during dynamic driving. Its robust aluminum construction provides resistance to high operating pressures exceeding 10 bar, making the cooler suitable for demanding tuning and racing applications.
The side tanks are manufactured using CNC technology, ensuring high precision, tightness, and repeatable fit. The cooler is coated with a high-temperature resistant finish that protects the surface and enhances its durability in demanding operating conditions.
It incorporates AN10 male connections, facilitating the selection of hoses, adapters, and connectors used in professional lubrication systems. The horizontal arrangement of the inlet and outlet connections allows for flexible installation in the engine bay or at the front of the vehicle, even in custom configurations common in motorsport.
