With high-resolution, high-visibility anti-glare screens, they ensure perfect visibility even in adverse weather conditions.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eThe ADU includes several pre-configured pages that the end user can customize to display the necessary data at each stage of the race (e.g., practice, qualifying, race, troubleshooting, etc.) and that can be changed manually or automatically (based on an advanced conditions system). Each channel displayed on a page (gauges, icons, text, etc.) can be easily modified using intuitive Windows software. Our comprehensive overlay system allows important data to be displayed on multiple pages (e.g., low oil pressure, best lap, etc.) regardless of the page being displayed.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eThe Transmission Control Units (ADUs) also incorporate 15 ultra-bright RGB LED diodes that function as a gear shift indicator light and can be configured using user-defined logic (e.g., alarms, low fuel, etc.).\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eUsing infrared beacons or a GPS system, the dashboard becomes a powerful lap timer with a prediction function. Advanced lap prediction, based on the best reference lap with automatic update, is a feature of qualifying mode that is activated by selecting the corresponding page.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eThe system also includes calculations of total fuel consumption. Thanks to this functionality, it is possible to calculate the remaining fuel in the tank with great accuracy (provided the ECU can send real-time consumption data). This is a must-have feature for any endurance racing driver.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eUser-configurable timers can be set to add additional functionalities, such as a pit stop timer, etc.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eThe ADU also supports thermal cameras for monitoring brake discs and tire temperature (up to 16 points per tire).\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eCommunication with other devices in the car is done through two integrated and independent CAN BUS communication ports. Fully user-configurable, CAN streams, along with pre-configured communication templates, allow our hardware to be connected to practically any engine management system.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eTo ensure that all functions work perfectly, our device is based on a 32-bit automotive controller, along with a state-of-the-art graphics processor. This combination provides the ideal working environment for any engineer or driver and ensures high-quality graphics with anti-aliasing at 50 frames per second.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eFor more detailed data analysis, data channels can be recorded on a USB flash drive at a frequency of up to 500 Hz.\u003cbr\u003e\nAll these essential features, and more, are housed in a robust black anodized, CNC-machined enclosure.
