Introducing the new ECUMASTER Racing Dash product family.

Our main goal was to create a high-quality, comprehensive and fully customizable solution for professional drivers. Based on their requirements and suggestions, we have designed and manufactured the perfect device to satisfy every racing driver and their engineering team.

We know how important it is to have a legible and easily configurable data logger. A logger that clearly displays all necessary data readings and, even more importantly, comprehensively and effectively communicates all important alarms to the driver.

Our advanced display units (ADUs) are available in 5 and 7-inch versions. With high-resolution, high-visibility anti-glare screens, they ensure perfect visibility even in adverse weather conditions.

The ADU includes several pre-configured pages that the end user can customize to display the necessary data at each stage of the race (e.g., practice, qualifying, race, troubleshooting, etc.) and that can be changed manually or automatically (based on an advanced conditions system). Each channel displayed on a page (gauges, icons, text, etc.) can be easily modified using intuitive Windows software. Our comprehensive overlay system allows important data to be displayed on multiple pages (e.g., low oil pressure, best lap, etc.) regardless of the page being displayed.

The Transmission Control Units (ADUs) also incorporate 15 ultra-bright RGB LED diodes that function as a gear shift indicator light and can be configured using user-defined logic (e.g., alarms, low fuel, etc.).

Using infrared beacons or a GPS system, the dashboard becomes a powerful lap timer with a prediction function. Advanced lap prediction, based on the best reference lap with automatic update, is a feature of qualifying mode that is activated by selecting the corresponding page.

The system also includes calculations of total fuel consumption. Thanks to this functionality, it is possible to calculate the remaining fuel in the tank with great accuracy (provided the ECU can send real-time consumption data). This is a must-have feature for any endurance racing driver.

User-configurable timers can be set to add additional functionalities, such as a pit stop timer, etc.

The ADU also supports thermal cameras for monitoring brake discs and tire temperature (up to 16 points per tire).

Communication with other devices in the car is done through two integrated and independent CAN BUS communication ports. Fully user-configurable, CAN streams, along with pre-configured communication templates, allow our hardware to be connected to practically any engine management system.

To ensure that all functions work perfectly, our device is based on a 32-bit automotive controller, along with a state-of-the-art graphics processor. This combination provides the ideal working environment for any engineer or driver and ensures high-quality graphics with anti-aliasing at 50 frames per second.

For more detailed data analysis, data channels can be recorded on a USB flash drive at a frequency of up to 500 Hz.
All these essential features, and more, are housed in a robust black anodized, CNC-machined enclosure. Ecumaster branded products are not shipped to the USA, Canada, or Mexico.
