The downpipe is an essential component for optimizing any turbocharged vehicle. Its installation reduces exhaust restriction, directly improving performance: faster turbo response, less turbo lag, and increased power and torque, especially at low and medium RPMs. Additionally, the downpipe enhances the exhaust sound and the overall efficiency of the turbo system.
The FMIC.Pro downpipe guarantees high quality and durability. It is made of premium stainless steel with a wall thickness of 1.5 mm, ensuring resistance to extreme temperatures and corrosion. The 10 mm thick, CNC-cut flanges provide a precise fit to the turbocharger and the rest of the exhaust system, while TIG welds ensure structural strength and an impeccable finish.
The downpipe is equipped with flexible sections reinforced with an internal lining, which strengthens the structure and prevents deformation or collapse under load.
