Replacement diaphragm for Nuke Performance FPR100 series fuel pressure regulators.

It is recommended to replace the diaphragm on Nuke Performance FPR100s, FPR100m, and FPR100x regulators every two years when using alcohol-based fuels to maintain optimal function and performance. It is not always obvious when the diaphragm needs replacing, as deviation is usually detected when checking ECU pressure logs. For this reason, we recommend servicing the pressure regulator every two years with a new diaphragm to ensure proper operation. The replacement diaphragm is compatible with the following part numbers:

How to replace the diaphragm on an FPR100 series regulator?

To replace the internal diaphragm of a Nuke Performance pressure regulator, you simply need to follow a few easy steps.

Loosen the pressure adjustment bolt on the top.

Unscrew the 4 bolts holding the top and bottom parts together.

Remove the old diaphragm.

Ensure that all surfaces are clean, both on the top and bottom parts.

Install the new diaphragm and reassemble the regulator.

The diaphragm has a longer service life when using gasoline, but be sure to inspect it, the fuel pressure log, and performance annually to ensure that the fuel pressure regulator is functioning correctly.
