Forge Motorsport FMCT3 Oil Catch Tank for Audi TTRS 8S RS3 2017

This Forge oil catch tank kit is designed for the Audi TTRS 8S and Audi RS3 (from 2017 onwards), and has been developed by the Forge team. In addition to its attractive design, it has been created to capture the maximum amount of harmful contaminants such as oil deposits, unused fuel vapors, and moisture, which would normally return to the engine's intake.

Extensive testing has demonstrated this kit's ability to effectively reduce sludge and carbon buildup, thereby allowing the engine to breathe better and operate with greater efficiency. Therefore, it can be considered a performance-enhancing product, especially if you plan to undertake more advanced power optimization in the future. The 0.4L (400cc) tank features a number of characteristics that make it easy to inspect and empty, including a dipstick for checking the level and a well-located drain tap.

The kit's design has also been carefully considered, so its inner tube is made of smooth, anti-static, fuel-resistant nitrile rubber. This system is combined with an outer cover made from reinforced stainless steel wire braiding (a Forge specialty), specifically a partial inner braid and a full outer braid. Forge developed this complex system to make the tank resistant to both pressure expansion and vacuum collapse, and also for the kit to operate within a clearly defined temperature range: -54 °C to +150 °C (-65 °F to 300 °F).

Finally, this kit includes black anodized aluminum machined fittings to achieve an OEM look once installed.

Note: On some later RS3 and TTRS models from 2019 onwards, an additional vent has been added to the PCV valve. If your engine has this additional vent, the oil catch tank will NOT be compatible. To check, remove your vehicle's engine cover and inspect the visible PCV unit. Key Features
