The FMIC.Pro oil catch can is an oil vapor separator kit designed specifically for Jeep 2.0L engines. Its function is to effectively capture oil vapors and contaminants before they enter the intake system. In turbocharged engines, it significantly improves intake cleanliness and engine stability, eliminating common problems such as power loss, carbon buildup, intercooler oil contamination, and the risk of leaks in the boost system.

The FMIC.Pro system is easy to install, simple to maintain, and recommended for all stages of modification, both for stock vehicles and those with significantly increased boost pressure.

During engine operation, some combustion gases enter the crankcase. As engine power and boost pressure increase, so does the amount of oil vapors routed through the PCV system. In factory configurations, these vapors are redirected back into the intake system, leading to:

reduced combustion quality and power loss

carbon deposits on intake valves

oil accumulation in the intercooler and reduced efficiency

reduced octane of the air-fuel mixture

The FMIC.Pro oil catch can eliminates these problems through a multi-stage filtration system. Clean gases are returned to the intake system, while oil and contaminants are retained in the catch can.
