With a straightforward single-chamber design, this expansion tank provides reliable coolant management for a wide range of applications. Incoming coolant enters through the side AN-8 ORB inlet, creating a controlled swirling motion that promotes consistent circulation and natural air separation within the tank.

Engineered to work as an integral part of the pressurized cooling system, not as an overflow tank. Its simplified internal construction ensures stable coolant movement and predictable system behavior, while the 0.8 L Nuke Performance version offers a superior level of engineering for more advanced requirements.
The AN-8 ORB inlet port and AN-10 ORB outlet port allow for a wide range of connection options with our selection of fittings and adapters.
An AN-8 ORB port located in the upper section serves as the inlet for incoming hot coolant. Its lateral position introduces coolant into the tank with a controlled swirl, promoting consistent circulation and natural air separation. We offer a wide range of AN fittings and adapters to suit your installation.

Simple configuration for easy installation
A single AN-10 ORB outlet is integrated into the bottom of the tank, functioning as the main coolant outlet. Its position promotes stable coolant circulation within the pressurized system, making it a reliable and efficient solution for both street and racing vehicles.
Compatible with Type A radiator caps, increasing system pressure and operating temperatures for high-performance and racing applications.
The coolant tank uses a 32mm radiator neck, designed for use with standard "mini" Type A radiator caps. Upgrading to the Nuke Performance expansion tank allows for the use of higher-rated Type A caps, increasing system pressure and operating temperatures for high-performance and racing applications.
The indicated pressure rating represents the nominal release pressure and operates within a defined tolerance range. The illustration above shows the intended operating range for each Nuke Performance radiator cap.
Cooling system pressure directly affects the coolant's boiling point. Always select the lowest pressure cap that provides sufficient boiling margin for your application, as higher pressure increases thermal stability but also puts greater strain on system components.
