The latest and updated version of Nuke Performance's classic fuel surge tank series comes with a pre-assembled brushless fuel pump from the Protec Cobra series.

This is state-of-the-art engineering, with maximum flow and minimal amperage. The Cobra pump is capable of supplying fuel at higher pressures with lower amp draw, thanks to its brushless technology. The Cobra fuel pump is lighter than any other comparable fuel pump and incorporates a custom-designed brushless motor with an ultra-efficient pump mechanism that provides unmatched performance. This is the next level in fuel delivery and comes in a ready-to-use package, installed inside Nuke Performance's lightweight 3.0-liter motorsport surge tank. The Cobra fuel pump from British manufacturer Protec covers all your needs, from 500 hp to 1200 hp. We have selected three different configurations to meet the needs of Nuke Performance customers. All versions are delivered pre-assembled with a Deutsch connector between the surge tank and the external PWM controller. Each fuel pump is equipped with a lightweight and replaceable 65-micron pre-filter for longer service life and exceptional durability. The Cobra fuel surge tank is available with three fuel pump options: FM44300: 350 l/h (92 gal/h) at 5 bar (72 psi) and 7.0 A FM44500: 490 l/h (129 gal/h) at 5 bar (72 psi) and 11.4 A FM60500: 550 l/h at 5 bar (72 psi) and 12.6 A These brushless fuel pumps, featuring high-tech twin-screw technology, offer higher flow and fuel pressure with lower amperage compared to traditional fuel pumps of similar flow. The twin-screw design is also superior to turbine brushless fuel pumps. You can select your preferred fuel pump when placing your order. In combination with Nuke Performance's 2nd generation surge tank, this is the highest possible surge tank with an integrated in-tank fuel pump solution available on the market. And thanks to the brushless technology, it is also quieter than any other of our available solutions.

You can mount a high-flow brushless fuel pump inside the tank without needing a major modification to your original fuel tank, making this the only setup you need. The 3.0-liter 2G fuel surge tank with Protec Cobra brushless fuel pump works as a buffer so that the fuel pumps always receive fuel for high performance. Since the engine's return line is directed directly into the fuel surge tank, it stays full at all times. Designed for all types of motorsport use, easy to adapt to all your fuel system needs and requirements. The Cobra surge tank comes ready for AN-10 ORB outlets and AN-8 ORB fuel tank return, inlet, and return connections, with a wide variety of sizes available. Using the large, high-flow AN-10 ORB outlet gives you a single fuel line that does not create limitations for all your needs between 500 and 1200 horsepower.
