The FMIC.EU high-performance cylinder head has been designed for LS1 engines, offering optimal performance on both the track and the road. Manufactured from 6061-T6 aluminum, it offers high mechanical strength, heat resistance, and precision CNC machining. The T6 thermal treatment process increases the hardness and dimensional stability of the material, ensuring durability and reliability under extreme operating conditions. The optimized shape of the intake ports and combustion chamber provides excellent airflow. The enlarged design of the intake and exhaust ports allows for more efficient cylinder filling, which translates into greater airflow efficiency and better performance across the entire rev range, without loss of torque at low and mid RPM. The exhaust port outlet is aligned with the valve, allowing for more uniform flow and greater exhaust system efficiency.
