Thermocouple Converter (TCC01) with Receptacle

The TCC01 is a thermocouple amplifier, a device that amplifies and converts the signal from a K-type sensor.

With our TCC01, you can easily connect your exhaust gas temperature sensor. For example:

Insert the K-type probe into the converter and at the other end, use the DTM connector for power (5V), ground, and the signal for your control unit or display.

The K-type converter can be used not only for measuring exhaust gas temperature but also for liquids (1mm thermocouples) and gases (0.5mm thermocouples). Technical Specifications

Installation

Installing the TCC01 thermocouple converter (thermocouple amplifier) is simple. It should be placed in a dry, moderately temperate location, such as behind the firewall.

You can use the integrated tab for mounting. Thanks to its special design, it is possible to connect multiple TCC01 modules side by side. For maximum stability, you can attach the included tab to the TCC01 module with adhesive.

Our displays come pre-configured for TCC01 connection. Simply connect the signal to AIN2.
Multiple TCC01 Modules

Often, you will need two or more modules, such as in the case of twin-scroll turbo manifolds. In these cases, you can easily stack them.

Of course, when using multiple K-type probes, you can also opt for our TCCXX series and directly write measurements to the CAN bus. These are available as TCC04, TCC06, TCC08, and TCC10.
