Radium Engineering Top Feed Fuel Rail Conversion for Mazda 26B Primary

The Radium Engineering high-flow primary fuel rail is designed for a Mazda 26B 4-Rotor engine. It includes thermal insulating spacers and washers, along with stainless steel hardware to prevent heat transfer to the fuel.

The included 14mm lower injector seats were specifically designed to be compatible with or without the OEM diffusers. They feature FKM O-rings, making them suitable for turbocharged applications. The new green injector seats were designed to extend the O-ring past the air-assist injector holes in the iron.

FUEL INJECTOR COMPATIBILITY

Universal fuel injectors with the specified dimensions are required for the installation of this fuel rail. Injectors must be 34mm tall with 14mm O-rings.

PORTS AND CONNECTIONS

The fuel rail features four threaded ports for 8AN ORB connections. Additional center ports allow for the installation of additional fuel system accessories, such as the OEM fuel temperature sensor (with P/N 14-0421), a pressure transducer, a Radium fuel pulse damper, etc.

The correct adapters must be selected based on the specific application. Sufficient clearance around the fuel rail ports is required for larger accessories such as fuel pressure regulators, fuel pressure gauges, and fuel pulse dampers.
