COMPATIBILITY: 2009-2015 Cadillac CTS-V (LSA)

Radium Engineering catch cans feature oversized 10AN ORB ports, a 4AN ORB drain port, two-stage oil separation baffling, and an o-ring sealed dipstick. These kits install using factory holes and integrate seamlessly with surrounding components. They do not vent to atmosphere (VTA) so they are emissions compliant and legal for track use. Closed-loop systems remove oil and sludge from PCV gasses before they reach the engine for combustion. A closed-loop system also promotes negative crankcase pressure for optimal performance. Furthermore, closed systems prevent unwanted oil vapors from entering the passenger cabin. Integrated dipsticks on the catch cans allow for easy inspection of accumulated fluid. No cutting, drilling, or permanent modifications are required.
20-0562 OIL CATCH CAN KIT, PCV, CADILLAC CTS-V. Starting in 2004, with the Gen 4 LS engines, General Motors replaced the PCV valve with a fixed 2.5mm orifice. This move was presumably done to save production costs and eliminate a part that required maintenance. NOTE: The PCV valve performs several functions in the crankcase: it promotes negative pressure and prevents over-pressurization. Also, in the event of a backfire, the PCV valve prevents combustible vapors from igniting in the crankcase. Radium Engineering's PCV oil catch can kit enhances the LSA crankcase ventilation system performance. The catch can is installed in-line between the PCV valve and the intake manifold. The included bracket replaces the stock intercooler coolant fill bracket, allowing the catch can to be mounted.
When intake manifold pressure is near or above atmospheric pressure, the PCV check valve closes, and therefore this hose does not experience flow. Conversely, PCV hoses will experience "metered" vacuum when the engine is idling, steady state cruising, and decelerating. This would normally draw unwanted crankcase vapors, unburnt fuel, and oil sludge into the intake manifold immediately after a high-load pull.

20-0563 OIL CATCH CAN KIT, CCV, Cadillac CTS-V. The CCV oil catch can mounts to 3 OEM threaded bosses at the rear of the supercharger housing.

To retain factory functionality, the CCV oil catch can is installed in-line between the crankcase ventilation (CCV) ports and the intake tube.

At low loads, this oil catch can experiences atmospheric pressure. However, when the engine is under high load (wide-open throttle), these breathers will experience high outflow from the crankcase. This would normally lead to oil and sludge building up in the air filter intake tube. Oil accumulation on the intercooler reduces the heat exchanger's thermal efficiency and decreases performance.

20-0564 DUAL OIL CATCH CAN KIT, CADILLAC CTS-V. For optimal engine protection, Radium recommends the 20-0564 Dual Oil Catch Can Kit for the Cadillac CTS-V.
This kit uses both the single "PCV" and "CCV" oil catch can kits described above.

20-0024 PETCOCK DRAIN KIT: 4AN ORB to barb fitting, 1/4" nylon ball valve with barb, Radium PCV hose.

This kit allows for remote draining of the oil catch cans without needing to unthread the catch can body.
