The PTFE lining on the inside of the fuel hose acts as a vapor barrier. The Nuke Performance PTFE fuel hose features an internal Teflon (PTFE) lining that acts as a vapor barrier when using all types of fuels. This is especially useful when using alcohol-based fuels, which are normally carried through a traditional nitrile or rubber fuel hose. It is very practical for installing fuel hoses in the driver's cabin as well as in the workshop between races and race seasons.
