Competition Package Wagner Tuning EVO3 for Audi TTRS 8J 2.5 TFSI Intercooler / Downpipe

The Competition Package for the Audi TTRS 8J consists of the EVO3 intercooler upgrade kit and the downpipe kit.

Intercooler Upgrade Kit 200001056

The intercooler kit for Audi TTRS 8J EVO3 is a further development of the previously known EVO2 intercooler kit.

The high-performance intercooler has the following core dimensions (515 mm x 367 [274] mm x 95 mm) and thus offers a 120% larger cooling surface and a 142% larger charge air volume compared to the original intercooler. The newly developed Competition core provided the adjacent components, e.g. the water cooler, with sufficient airflow and is also very light. The intercooler end tanks are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized by flow analysis in the CAD system. With the help of additional air deflectors, in the internal inlet, they provide a uniform filling of the intercooler. The result is excellent cooling properties with minimal back pressure. This kit is therefore ideal for racing. The intercooler and the original crossmember form a stable unit and weigh only 11.2 kg. It is mounted at the original attachment points and its installation is simple (1:1 replacement). Optimal cooling of the intake air with a clear increase in performance!
