FMIC.Pro CNC Intake Manifold for Toyota 2JZ GE
The FMIC.Pro high-performance intake manifold for 2JZ-GE engines, manufactured entirely using CNC technology, features an advanced design developed through Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD).
The channel geometry has been optimized to minimize turbulence, equalize pressure distribution, and maximize volumetric airflow directed to the cylinders. CFD analysis has resulted in a manifold with exceptionally high flow efficiency, ensuring uniform cylinder filling across the entire RPM range. This translates into improved engine torque characteristics, greater engine stability, and the ability to achieve higher power in both racing and daily driving.
The manifold body is made from high-quality 6061-T6 aluminum, precision CNC machined from a single block of material. As a result, the construction is extremely durable and resistant to extreme boost pressures, eliminating the risk of cracking. Additionally, the manifold incorporates an integrated fuel rail, allowing for injector installation and ensuring full compatibility with the fuel system. The core of the intake manifold consists of integrated intake velocity stacks, whose geometry, optimized using CFD technology, ensures fast, laminar, and uniform airflow to all cylinders. This translates into more efficient combustion, increased engine performance, a real power gain, improved throttle response, and a more linear torque delivery across the entire RPM range. - Two-piece CNC construction: manifold body and flange, precision machined for a perfect fit.
