Forge Motorsport was one of the first manufacturers in the world to design two-piece aluminum blow-off valves. Originally for the Cosworth, Renault 5 GT Turbo, and Lancia Integral Turbo, they quickly developed a wide range.

By installing a Forge blow-off valve, you can perform a complete and precise adjustment and manage the specific needs of turbo pressure. This product offers better turbo response and control. It is manufactured with a standard spring suitable for pressures slightly higher than those of the factory turbo. This actuator can be modified with a stiffer spring upon request, for tuned vehicles requiring higher turbo pressures. The blow-off valve was designed and manufactured to increase turbo pressure. We cannot guarantee compatibility with all models, nor the ability to increase turbo pressure beyond the level defined by the vehicle's engine management at the time of installation, whether original or modified. The diaphragm configuration is the default, but a piston configuration is also available. This innovation is exclusive to Forge Motorsport and offers performance similar to the diaphragm, as well as lower maintenance due to the durability of the piston.
