FMIC.EU Intake Pipe for BMW N54 E60 535i 2006–2010
The inner diameter of the pipes has been increased compared to the original intake pipe, minimizing airflow restriction. The faulty factory component generates air turbulence and reduces flow and performance. Made of plastic, it often gets damaged or cracked at the mounting flange, which is why it has been replaced with aluminum pipes to ensure tightness. The components are connected using a silicone reducer with quadruple reinforcement and a wall thickness of 5mm.
Includes 1/8" NPT ports/plugs for methanol injection or for connecting an intake air temperature sensor.
-Pipe made of 6061 aluminum, replacing the original pipe.
-Aluminum connectors replace the faulty plastic pipe, which can be damaged under increased boost pressure.
-Its larger diameter and smooth, unrestricted flow help reduce turbulence and maximize airflow.
-All connections are CNC machined.
