EXO Series Exhaust Wrap solves the extreme exhaust heat problem in extreme environments like off-roading and motorsports.

EXO Series Exhaust Wrap is engineered for use in extreme environments. Traditional exhaust wraps have been unable to withstand extreme use in off-road, dirt track, desert and other forms of driving, with exposure to water and grime. The EXO Series features a dual-layer design, using a combination of high-temperature glass fiber, encased in a 304 grade stainless steel exoskeleton. This unique construction maintains high heat protection while offering superior abrasion and impact protection. Our unique Air Gap Technology prevents direct contact of the fiberglass wrap with the hot surface, creating an insulating air barrier.

EXO Series Exhaust Wrap comes in a special 1.5" width, making it easy to install on any type of header, exhaust pipe, or exhaust system, making it perfect for spot protection against impacts. Additionally, the stainless steel exoskeleton locks together when overlapped, holding the wrap tight and making installation a breeze. It offers an exceptional appearance and rugged performance for extended durability. Available in black or tan in 1.5" x 10 ft., 20 ft., or 30 ft. rolls.

NOTE: Wrapping catalytic converters is not recommended, as overheating can shorten their lifespan. Instead, try our Corvette Catalytic Converter Shield or build your own shield with our Floor & Tunnel Shield II™.

Precautionary Note:

Wrap is not designed to be moved or removed after heat cycles. Upon heating, the fibers lose their initial flexibility. This does not reduce the thermal properties of the exhaust wrap. Please keep this in mind before removal. For this reason, avoid wrapping flexible pipes or flex joints.

Note Regarding Titanium Exhaust Systems:

DEI DOES NOT recommend wrapping titanium exhausts. The alloys used in the manufacture of titanium exhaust systems tend to be thin and are designed to dissipate heat quickly. Wrapping any titanium exhaust tube, regardless of the brand, can trap heat. Excessive heat can cause the titanium alloy to become brittle and prone to premature cracking. If you wish to reduce heat on a titanium exhaust system, DEI recommends using alternatives such as our flexible heat shields.
