The ZRP Volvo B230/B234 crankshaft is manufactured from aerospace-grade 4340 solid billet steel, with no compromise on material quality to ensure the best possible product. Designed meticulously based on our extensive experience, this crankshaft delivers maximum engine performance. The production process includes very rigorous inspections to ensure top quality and precise tolerances for a perfect fit. The Volvo crankshaft is fully balanced to an accuracy of 1 g·cm²/- 0.1 using state-of-the-art Sunnen machinery. A report with the balancing results is included.
