The ZRP long-stroke crankshaft for Audi/VW 2.0L TFSI (belt-driven) increases displacement to 2036 cc (82.5 mm x 95.2 mm). Manufactured from solid aerospace-grade 4340 steel, no effort has been spared on material quality to ensure the best possible product. Meticulously designed thanks to our extensive experience, this crankshaft delivers maximum engine performance. Its production process includes very rigorous inspections to ensure maximum quality and precise tolerances for a perfect fit. The Audi crankshaft is balanced to an accuracy of 1 g·cm² (±0.1) using state-of-the-art Sunnen machinery. A report with the balancing results is included.
