The ZRP Audi/VW 2.0L TFSI (belt-driven) crankshaft is manufactured from solid aerospace-grade 4340 steel, with no compromise on material quality to ensure the best possible product. This crankshaft, meticulously designed based on our extensive experience, delivers maximum engine performance. Its production process includes very rigorous inspections to ensure maximum quality and precise tolerances for a perfect fit. The Audi crankshaft is balanced to an accuracy of 1 g·cm²/- 0.1 using state-of-the-art Sunnen machinery. A report with the balancing results is included. Please see the specific features for your application below. This crankshaft can also be used as a long-stroke crankshaft in the Audi/VW 1.8L Turbo 20v 06A engine.
