The ZRP long stroke crankshaft for the Opel 2.0L C20 increases displacement to 2.2L (87.0 mm x 91.0 mm). It is manufactured from solid 4340 aerospace-grade steel, without compromising material quality to guarantee the best possible product. This crankshaft, meticulously designed thanks to our extensive experience, offers maximum engine performance. The production process includes very rigorous inspections to ensure maximum quality and precise tolerances for a perfect fit. The Opel crankshaft is balanced to within 1 g·cm² / -0.1 using state-of-the-art Sunnen machinery. A report with the balancing results is included. WARNING

The long stroke kit for the Opel 2.0L requires modification of the external crankshaft speed sensor to avoid clearance issues with the original internal trigger wheel and rotating assembly. ZRP is not responsible for this modification, which should only be carried out by specialist engine mechanics.
