The ZRP crankshaft for Mini Cooper S R56 is manufactured from solid aerospace-grade 4340 steel, without compromising material quality to ensure the best possible product. This crankshaft, meticulously designed from our extensive experience, offers maximum engine performance. The production process includes very rigorous inspections to ensure maximum quality and precise tolerances for a perfect fit. The Mini Cooper crankshaft is fully balanced to an accuracy of 1 g·cm² / -0.1 using state-of-the-art Sunnen machinery. A report with the balancing results is included.
