The ZRP crankshaft for Cosworth is manufactured from aerospace-grade 4340 solid steel, with no compromise on material quality to ensure the best possible product. Meticulously designed based on our extensive experience, this crankshaft delivers maximum engine performance. The production process includes very rigorous inspections to ensure the highest quality and precise tolerances for a perfect fit.
The Ford crankshaft is fully balanced to a precision of 1 g·cm² +/- 0.1 g/cm² using state-of-the-art Sunnen machinery. A balancing results report is included.
