The ZRP reducer crankshaft for VW 2.0L 16v ABF reduces the displacement to 1924cc (82.5mm x 90.0mm). Made from solid aerospace-grade 4340 steel, no expense has been spared in material quality to ensure the best possible product. This crankshaft, meticulously designed thanks to our extensive experience, offers maximum engine performance. Its production process includes very rigorous inspections to ensure maximum quality and precise tolerances for a perfect fit. The VW crankshaft is balanced to an accuracy of 1 g·cm² / -0.1 using state-of-the-art Sunnen machinery. A report with the balancing results is included.
